Return and Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Quack Pack Collectibles are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of buyer's remorse, changes of mind, ordering the wrong item, dissatisfaction with card condition when the item was accurately described, or changes in the market value of a collectible after purchase.
Collectibles may fluctuate significantly in value. A change in an item's market price after purchase does not qualify the order for a refund, return, exchange, or price adjustment.
Trading Cards and Collectibles
Many products sold by Quack Pack Collectibles are individual used or collectible items.
Customers should carefully review:
Product photographs
Item descriptions
Card condition
Condition notes
Edition or printing information
Set and collector number
Other information shown on the product page
before completing an order.
Condition assessments are made in good faith according to the Quack Pack Collectibles Card Condition Guide.
Incorrect Items
If we accidentally send you an item different from the item you ordered, please contact us promptly.
We will review the order and work with you to correct the mistake.
Items Damaged During Shipping
Shipping damage is handled separately from our no-return policy.
If an item arrives damaged because of shipping, contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, shipping claim, or another appropriate resolution.
Sealed Products
Opened sealed products, including trading card products, games, collectibles, mystery products, and similar merchandise, cannot be returned.
Quack Pack Collectibles is not responsible for the contents, pull rates, card quality, manufacturing defects, or randomized contents of factory-sealed products.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins and are not guaranteed to be eligible for cancellation.
Once an order has been packed, shipped, or otherwise processed for fulfillment, it may no longer be canceled.
