Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, new product releases, conventions, holidays, or other special events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the items in your order, package size, weight, destination, and available shipping services.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed when available.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take several hours to begin updating after the shipping carrier receives the package.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Quack Pack Collectibles.
Weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being sent again.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows that a package is still in transit, please allow the shipping carrier time to complete delivery.
If you believe your package has been lost, contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine what options may be available.
Quack Pack Collectibles is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and are subsequently lost or stolen.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:
The shipping package
Any visible damage to the package
The damaged item
The shipping label
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
