Condition grading is subjective, and minor differences of opinion may occur.
Terms such as Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, and Damaged do not indicate a professional third-party grade unless specifically stated.
Customers are responsible for reviewing available photographs, condition notes, and listing information before purchasing.
## 6. Pricing and Market Value
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Trading cards and other collectibles may experience significant changes in market value.
The price of an item may increase or decrease after a purchase is completed.
A later change in market value does not entitle a customer to a refund, return, exchange, or price adjustment.
Market prices or reference values displayed on the website are provided for informational purposes and may be based on third-party data.
We do not guarantee that any market value shown represents the price at which an item can be purchased or sold elsewhere.
## 7. Availability and Inventory
All products are subject to availability.
